About the Role

This position reports to the Managing Director.

To be considered for this role we are ideally seeking the following skills and experience:

  • The ability to work autonomously taking accountability and ownership of your role.
  • Using your social media savviness to further develop recruitment outcomes and processes that support effective attraction, engagement and sourcing solutions.
  • A strong and engaging communicator who is able to build networks and communities supporting recruitment of sales, merchandising, demonstrators and many more positions across the Group.
